What we do
Most of the properties we buy need upgrading or are in a distressed state. We renovate to create a desirable, safe property and either sell on the open market or refinance at the increased value to keep as a high-yielding rental cash-flowing asset. Either option allows us to pay back our financial partners with interest.
Working with people & finding solutions
Recently Jacqui & Mike have helped a homeowner with an ‘unsaleable’ property. The house had been a family home since the 70’s but had stood empty for almost 10 years. The owner had inherited the property from parents but lived on the other side of the world and felt stuck with a home that needed considerable renovation to make it safe and desirable. “We built a relationship with our client – he trusted us to take care of his asset, do what needed to be done to get the house on the market, and manage the sale process in his absence,” says Jacqui. “We took away the worry and stress of trying to do this from 4,000 miles away.”
