Whilst we were renovating the flat next door the owner of this property approached us to see if we’d be interested in buying this one.  Love it when that happens!

The flat was on the ground floor, one bedroom, big rooms, loads of natural light but needed some tlc.   Location wise, this couldn’t be better – this flat is within 50m of the seafront and the local metro station.

No major structural work on this project.  All we did was to steal some space from the huge bedroom to create an internal bathroom.  The large existing bathroom became a single bedroom.

Electrics and heating were upgraded and an energy efficient water cylinder installed.

The new bathroom has a bath with shower over and has been fully tiled for easy maintenance.

The new kitchen is bright and airy with room for table and chairs.
